Historian and publicist. He was born on July 15, 1889. They make secondary education in Brasov, then enrolled at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Leipzig. In Paris he continued his studies by attending courses of history and diplomacy to School Political Science. In the war of 1919 we find the front of his mother where he maintained an extensive correspondence is kept today in the Archives Muresenilor.

Doctor of Law Faculty of Vienna, gives a brilliant legal career in the imperial capital in 1878 to take over leadership of "Gazeta Transylvania", becoming the first professional journalist in Transylvania. Very active in politics, is among the founders of the Romanian National Party, almost always part of its Central Committee, "Gazeta Transylvania" became official party. He is the author of one of the two projects that led to the Memorandum of 1892 and was among the defenders in the process Memorandists, fighting for the right of each citizen to defend themselves in their mother tongue.
